Finding people with our LinkedIn integration

Introduction

When you search for technology or jobs on TheirStack and receive a list of jobs or companies, our user interface enables you to find individuals from those companies on LinkedIn in just a single click.

When you click on the "Find people on" button, you’ll see that options to look for people on several LinkedIn products show up.

All these options will do 2 things:

• pre-fill the Current company filter so that you only get people currently working at the companies you found on TheirStack
• pre-fill the Keyword or Current job title filter to show you, by default, people with high-level roles (the ones typically able to make spending decisions and that you’ll want to contact), such as CEOs, Founders, VPs, other C-Level roles, etc

LinkedIn will probably fail if you try to look for people from more than 50 or 100 companies at once, so keep the Number of results per page value on TheirStack under those numbers

Looking for people on LinkedIn (Free)

Click on the LinkedIn Recruiter button. A new LinkedIn Recruiter tab will open, with the Keywords and Current companies filters already pre-filled for you. For this you don’t need any paid LinkedIn account, the free one will work totally fine.

Looking for people on Linkedin Sales Navigator

Click on the LinkedIn Sales Nav button. A new LinkedIn Recruiter tab will open, with the Keywords and Current companies filters already pre-filled for you.

How to change the default job titles in your Linkedin search

When finding people from selected companies on TheirStack we will use some defaults titles like: "CTO, CPO, Director, Founder...".

You can change the default titles in Integrations > Current job titles for "Find people on"
