What is pricing based on?

Our pricing follows a credit-based system. The Free plan includes 50 company credits and 200 API credits per month. For higher usage needs, paid plans begin at 90€ monthly, with volume discounts available on larger plans.

How does a company credit work?

A company credit allows you to access to all job postings, technologies used and firmographics (location, industry, size, etc.) of a company through app.theirstack.com.

How company credits work:
- When you reveal or export a company, a company credit is consumed. 
- You can view or export that same company or any of their jobs unlimited times for 90 days. 
 - Unused paid credits will roll over and remain in your account for 12 months after they're purchased.

How does an API credit work?

API credits are used for API requests or webhooks. API credits are consumed for each record (job or company) returned from our API endpoints or dispatched via Webhooks.

How API credits work:
- Credits are only consumed when the API returns data in the response or when a webhook event is dispatched.
- The credit cost for each record type is: 1 per job, 3 per company, 3 per all technologies used by a company.
- Each API call or webhook event is processed independently - repeated requests for the same data will consume credits each time. 
- Unused paid credits will roll over and remain in your account for 12 months after they're purchased.

Can I use TheirStack just for exporting data once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You have the option to purchase a credits package (one-time payment) or subscribe for just one month and cancel once you've finished your work.

Can I cancel my TheirStack subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You can modify or cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard. Even after canceling, you can access your premium plan until your current subscription period ends.

When do credits reset? Do they rollover?

For monthly subscription, you will receive new credits each month on your billing date. 
 For yearly subscription, you receive all credits upfront, which reset annually on your subscription anniversary. 
 Unused paid credits will roll over and remain in your account for 12 months after they're purchased.

Can I share my subscription with my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You can invite your team members to join your workspace and share the credits with them. There is no limit to the number of users you can invite.
