What is pricing based on?

Plans are based on a usage or consumption model. 50 free credits are made available each month for the Free plan. For teams who need more credits we offer paid plans starting at 90€ per month. Bigger plans have a lower cost per credit.

How does a company credit work?

A company credit allows you to track one company for a month, giving you access to all job postings, technologies used and firmographics like location, industry, size, etc.

How company credits work:
- Once you reveal or export a company, that credit is consumed for the entire billing cycle. 
- You can view/export that same company unlimited times during that cycle without using additional credits. 
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

How does a api credit work?

API credits are used to make API requests. One API Credit is consumed for each record (job or company) returned from our API endpoints.

How API credits work:
- Credits are only consumed when the API returns data in the response. 
- Each API call is processed independently - repeated requests for the same data will consume credits each time.

Can I use TheirStack just for exporting data once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You have the option to subscribe for just one month and cancel once you've finished your work.

Can I cancel my TheirStack subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. You can modify or cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard. Even after canceling, you can access your premium plan until your current subscription period ends.

When do credits reset? Do they rollover?

Accepted Answer

For monthly subscription, credits will reset every month. When you purchase a plan, a billing period begins, and your credits will reset on the same day of the following month. 
 For yearly subscription, you will receive all of the credits upfront, and the credits will reset 365 days after starting the yearly subscription.

Yes, you can. You can invite your team members to join your workspace and share the credits with them.
