TheirStack can identify the roles the person hired for a job would report to - their future manager - in about 10% of jobs.
This is available in the field named manager_roles in our API, and Reports to in our UI
Note that we can only identify the role from the job description, and we don't have the actual profiles, LinkedIn URLs or names of these people.
Note that some cases, some false positives happen and what appears in the field is not actually a role, but unrelated words. For example:
