Change Your Login Email Address
How to switch the email address you use to log in to TheirStack while keeping the same workspace, saved searches, credits, and billing.
Login email addresses are tied to individual TheirStack accounts, so there is no self-service button to rename the email address on an existing login.
The recommended way to switch to a new email address is to invite the new address to your existing team, make it an owner, and then remove the old address. Your workspace stays the same, including saved searches, company lists, credits, billing, and other shared team data.
Change your login email yourself
Sign in with your current email address and go to the team settings page.
Click Invite member and enter the new email address you want to use for login.
Open the invitation from the new email address and accept it to create the new login.
Go back to the team settings page and change the new member's role to Owner.
Remove the old email address from the team.
After that, sign in with the new email address. There is no extra charge for this because TheirStack does not bill by number of users.
If you cannot use the team method
If you prefer to keep the same account and have us change the email address manually, email hi@theirstack.com from the address currently associated with your account and include the new email address you want to use.
