Date limite de candidature : vendredi 10 juillet 2026 23:59 ## **Description du Poste** ### **Sujet De Thèse** TITRE : Applications émergentes des diazirines en synthèse et matériaux organiques CONTEXTE : Les diazirines sont des hétérocycles à trois chaînons contenant deux atomes d’azote reliés par une double liaison, et sont les isomères structurels cycliques des diazoalcanes. Lorsqu’elles sont exposées à la lumière ou à la chaleur, les diazirines se décomposent en carbènes avec une perte irréversible d’azote gazeux. Les carbènes sont des espèces très réactives avec un grand potentiel en chimie organique, puisqu’elles prennent part à des réactions de cycloaddition ou d’insertion X-H (X = C, N, O,...). Cette réactivité carbénique des diazirines a été exploitée en biologie [1] et en sciences des matériaux, [2] mais elle reste sous-exploitée en synthèse organique. Ceci est particulièrement frappant par comparaison aux études approfondies réalisées sur les diazoalcanes. [3] OBJECTIFS : Nous nous intéressons à 1) la préparation et la caractérisation de diazirines originales, 2) le développement de conditions réactionnelles innovantes permettant la formation de liaisons carbone-carbone et carbone-hétéroatome via des réactions d’insertion et de cycloaddition de carbènes nés par la diazirine générés dans des conditions douces. Au-delà de ces aspects fondamentaux, 3) nous appliquerons la chimie développée pour modifier, réticuler et fonctionnaliser des matériaux organiques ou pour le radiomarquage de sondes pour l’imagerie TEP. Dans un projet précédent, il a utilisé des diazirines pour réticuler divers matériaux. Il sera l’encadrant principal de cette thèse. 2) Emmanuel Gras est un chimiste organicien avec une vaste expérience dans la synthèse totale et stéréosélective, et en chimie du fluor et du bore. En tant que chef de l’équipe ['K]ISS, il fournira des conseils et un soutien pendant le projet de doctorat. ENVIRONNEMENT : Le LHFA supporte un environnement multiculturel et convivial, avec des étudiants, des postdoctorants et des chercheurs provenant du monde entier. L’équipe ['K]ISS elle-même est actuellement composée de membres français, brésiliens et italiens qui promeuvent une culture de groupe inclusive. La communication quotidienne se fait en français et/ou en anglais, les réunions de groupe bihebdomadaires se tiennent en anglais. De plus, des réunions individuelles bihebdomadaires sont prévues pour examiner les données acquises, aider les étudiants à progresser dans leurs projets et améliorer leurs compétences en gestion de projet et dans leur organisation. Les bureaux sont équipés de postes de travail individuels et sont séparés des laboratoires. ## **Contraintes et risques** PROFIL ET COMPETENCES RECHERCHES : Le·a candidat·e devra avoir de bonnes connaissances en chimie organique et un goût pour la synthèse. Il·elle devra être familier·ère de la plupart des procédures et techniques analytiques courantes en chimie organique : synthèse de l’échelle milli- à l’échelle multigramme, purification (distillation, chromatographie, recristallisation...), utilisation de rampe à vide, RMN, infrarouge, spectrométrie de masse, etc. La motivation pour la recherche, la curiosité et l’esprit d’équipe seront des atouts supplémentaires.
