Brand Book
The Brand Book says what your company sells and to whom. It holds your products, the problems they solve, your ideal customers, your customers and your competitors, and Signals and AI agents start from it.
The Brand Book says what your company sells and to whom. Signals and the AI agents connected to TheirStack's MCP server start from it, so they don't have to work out your company again each time. Find it in Settings → Brand Book. The screenshots use a sample workspace, Acme, with invented companies.
How Signals uses it
- A signal can only pitch a product listed here. To pitch another one, add it first.
- Your own company, your competitors and your customers never show in your accounts feed, even when they meet a signal. TheirStack recognizes them by the website of your company and the domains you list.
- AI agents read it to work out which signals fit you: your products, the problems they solve, who owns those problems and who you sell to.
Fill it in
You can fill it in with AI or by hand, and change it at any time.
- With AI: connect the MCP server and ask your assistant to research your company and fill its Brand Book from your website. What a person already wrote stays.
- By hand: click a row to edit it, or the add button at the bottom of a list, and press Save changes.

What each tab holds
Overview
The basics about your company: its name, website, overview, industry, LinkedIn page, employees, headquarters and founding year. The website is how TheirStack keeps your own company out of your feed.

Customers
This tab has two lists:
- Ideal customer profiles are the companies you sell to, written as company search filters: locations, industries, size, revenue and the technologies they need. They describe who fits, and agents only look for companies that match them.
- Current customers are the companies that already buy from you. Agents use them to find similar companies, and their domains stay out of your feed.

Competitors
Who you compete with, their domain and why you win. Their domains stay out of your feed. Give a competitor a technology slug and agents can build a signal on the companies using it, to pitch them a switch.

Products & services
What you sell, each with the promise it makes to the customer. Mark one as your main product. These are the products a signal can pitch and the feed can filter by.

If you rename a product, your signals keep the old name until you edit them.
Problems you solve
The problems your products solve, how companies solve them today and the job titles that own them. Agents search job postings for both, so write the words a company would use in a job ad.
